MEDIATOR
WORKSHOPS
Kim is passionate about helping people prevent or resolve conflicts wherever possible, and that includes equipping other mediators. Kim is one of the few Certified Mediators approved to train prospective mediators in the Roanoke and New River Valley areas.
Mediator workshops are available live as scheduled events or pre-recorded for self-paced study. If you are already a Certified Mediator in Virginia, each of Kim's workshops, both those conducted live and those pre-recorded, qualifies for two hours of Continuing Mediator Education (CME) for your mediator recertification.

All workshops are approved for 2 hours of CMEs (Continuing Mediator Education) by the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Workshops run from 3pm - 5 pm ET unless otherwise noted.
At the end of the class you'll receive a link to your ADR-1010 CME proof of attendance form.

PRE-RECORDED WORKSHOPS
Take a workshop at your own pace on your own time and get your Continuing Mediation Education credits!
In order to purchase a workshop, you'll be prompted to create a site login. Can't finish the video in one sitting? You can use this login to pick up where you left off. Pre-recorded workshops have a short 10-question quiz, with a 70 percent score required to receive CME credit. With a passing grade, you’ll receive a certificate of completion and your ADR-1010 proof of attendance form.
